The app

Clickwave collects nothing. It listens to mouse buttons and scrolling on your computer so it can play sounds, and it never reads the keyboard. It has no account, no licence check and no analytics, and it does not upload anything.

• Settings and click statistics are stored only on your computer.
• On the Mac, screen recordings, imported sounds and recording notes (click times and pointer positions, never window titles) are saved only where you choose on your computer.
• The microphone and camera are used only during a recording, and only if you turn them on.

This website

• Payments. Stripe processes your payment. You enter your card and email on Stripe's checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to what you give them.
• Your order. We do not keep our own customer database. Your order number and email stay with Stripe, and this site looks them up there only to show your downloads or to send you fresh links.
• Cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. Stripe's checkout page may use strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention.
• Logs. Our server keeps short technical logs (such as order numbers and which installer was downloaded) to run the service and stop abuse. They do not contain card details.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Payment records that the law requires us to keep stay with Stripe for as long as required.
